SHIPPING POLICY
Since we aren't actually selling you a physical product, there isn't anything to ship! We use your address to validate the credit card, and then your purchase will act as a 'ticket' for entry into the camp or clinic you're looking to attend.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once you purchase entry to a camp or clinic, your purchase is final & nonrefundable. If you cannot attend on the date that you purchased, we would be happy to exchange it for a different camp or clinic date. Please contact us with your request if you need to attend a different event! Email or social media are your best options to contact us.
